The Infor Retail team was founded six months before I joined, starting with a development leadership team of two.

Six months later when I joined the team Retail had already expanded to 60+ people, mostly developers.

We had release timelines set with partners without clearly defined scope, and we were constantly being asked how we could deliver “more, faster.”

“This release plan looks great! But how can we deliver more, faster?”
